Order Issues

    No confirmation email

    If you have not received a confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment, please refer to the possibilities below:

    • The order confirmation email has been restricted by your email's spam filter. Please check your Spam folder.
    • Typo in the e-mail address provided. You can check and fix this by contacting us at admin@qiyorro.com
    • Order is incomplete (example: by closing the order window right after payment without returning to the order system). Please contact our Call Centre.
    • Temporary error in system. Please contact us at admin@qiyorro.com
    Cannot add an item to the cart

      If you cannot add a product to your cart, it's because it is out of stock. Please feel free to contact our customer service and let us know which product you need.

      Forgotten password

        Click “Sign in” from the login page.

        Insert your email address and click on “Forgot my password”.

        Check your inbox for a link to reset your password.

        Order amends and cancellations

        Can I cancel an order?

          Cancelation requests cannot be considered. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, so please be careful when selecting your items.

          How to change the shipping address?

            To change your shipping address, log in to your account, and then click on 'My Shipping Address”.

            By clicking on 'edit' you can change your address.

            When you change your delivery address, all future items will then be delivered to that address.

            The new address needs to be validated before you can release a new shipment.

            Can I change the items on my order?

              Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, you cannot change your ordered’ items. Please be extra careful when selecting items and checking out.

              Issues with items received

              Received damaged products / Missing items from the order / Received incorrect items

              If you received damaged products, missing items, extra items or incorrect items please contact us on admin@qiyorro.com, and be sure to share your receipt order as well so we may assist you to have your ordered items exchanged.

              What’s your return/exchange policy?

                At present, we don't have a return or exchange policy. Items are only eligible for return or exchange if you have received an incorrect/damaged order. While we can vouch for the authenticity and efficiency of every brand we represent, we encourage you to read the product description, use and ingredients thoroughly to make sure it is the right product for you before making your purchase.

                Delivery Info

                How long does an order take to arrive?

                  You will receive your products after one business day of placing the order. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following business days.

                  Where does Qiyorro ship to? (Qatar only, or GCC wide)

                    Currently, we are only shipping within Qatar.

                    Shipping charges/Minimum spend for free shipping

                      Our shipping charge is QAR 20 per order. We do offer free shipping delivery upon orders with a minimum spend of QAR 250.

                      My package says delivered but I have not received it

                      In this insistence, we recommend that you:

                      • Check if someone else has accepted the delivery at the given address on your behalf.
                      • In case nobody has accepted the delivery on your behalf, please contact our customer service team on admin@qiyorro.com

                      Payments and Refunds

                      What payment methods do you accept?

                        We currently accept payments online by card (Visa & Mastercard), we also have provide the option to pay upon delivery using cash or card.

                        What currency is the website in?

                          The website is available with the local currency, Qatari Riyal - QAR.

                          Products

                          Are the products vegan/cruelty-free/halal?

                            All of our brands follow the principles of clean beauty. Almost all of our products are also vegan and/or halal.

                            Can the products be used by pregnant/expecting women?

                              Most of our products are suitable for pregnant/expecting women. However, we strongly urge you to seek professional medical advice from your physician/OBGYN before using any beauty, health or wellness products.

                              If I have an allergic reaction to a product, what shall I do?

                                Please read through the product description and ingredients thoroughly before adding to your cart. In case of an allergic reaction, please seek immediate medical assistance.

                                How should the products be stored?

                                  The ideal place to store skin care products is in a cool, dry place that is away from direct sunlight, for example, a cabinet, drawer, or lidded storage box in the bedroom. An average room temperate of 20–22 °C (68–72 °F) is advised.
