All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties, expect as stated herein above. In any event, we shall not be liable or responsible for any unauthorized or illegitimate use of this information by the payment provider.
We may share personal information with our other corporate entities, affiliates and Partners. These entities, Partners and affiliates may market to you as a result of such sharing provided they clearly identify themselves (including setting out their contact details) and indicate that they are sending a marketing message in any communications to you unless you explicitly opt-out or withdraw your consent using the contact details which should be provided to you by such entities, Partners and affiliates.

You have a number of rights under the Privacy Law with regard to how we handle and process your personal data and information. These include your rights to:
(a) You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Website whrere such information is required;
(b)withdraw any consent given for processing at any time;
(c) be notified about the personal data that is being processed and the purpose for which it is processed;
(c) be notified of any disclosure of inaccurate personal data;
(e) receive a copy of your personal data – we may charge a service fee for this;

(h) complain to the competent authority in Qatar established under the Privacy Law to administer and oversee the operation of and compliance with the Privacy Law, where you are concerned that we may have not complied with the Privacy Law or any of its implementing requirements.
Under the Privacy Law, we cannot send you any electronic communications for the purpose of direct marketing without first obtaining your consent.
