You will receive your package after one business day of placing your order.
For all public holidays there will be no delivery service available.
We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the State of Qatar.
Presently, Qiyorro does not offer refund, return or exchange of products. We encourage our Qiyorro squad to research products before making a purchase. While we can vouch for every product’s efficiency and effectiveness, each product is unique (just like you) and works differently on different people, depending on their skincare, haircare and beauty concerns.
Qiyorro is still an up-and-coming start-up that is continuously evolving, and we will be sure to inform our customers once we have aligned our monetary logistics and enter the next chapter of our story. Qiyorro will however commit to product exchanges should any of our products be deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery, or if the product received is not matching its description/specifications. In this case, we request our customers to notify our customer service team on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving their shipment and hold on to the original packaging and payment receipt and you must retain a copy of transaction records.
